Who Wants Some Great News?

Hello friends, I am so sorry that I have not posted any updates lately, but honestly there hasn't been a lot of news to share. We went into a bit of a restful state after the 5K and have been planning what is sure to be a busy 2012. So what is the great news? WE ARE OFFICIALLY A 501(c)3 TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATION!!!!! The IRS has approved our application and we are now tax exempt. What does that mean to all of you loyal followers? Well the best part is that we have been approved retroactively to our start date of June 1st. This means that we will be sending all of our donors receipts(check your email) so you can write off your donation that you have already made. Please note that we have had almost 300 donors since we started and it will take time to get you a receipt. So if you are an early tax filer please let us know and I can rush you a receipt, otherwise you can expect it very soon.
